Booking Policy

Ave Rides LLC Booking and Refund Policy:

Ave Rides LLC will collect 100% of the base fare upon booking of your ride with us.
If we are unable to find you a ride within 48 hours of your booking through our official App a 100% refund will be issued to you via the payment method
If you need to cancel and or change your booking with us (which you can do by contacting us via call or text (703-307-7781)) you will receive an account credit of your payment amount, that can be used towards your next trip with us. Unless travel insurance was purchased. To use this credit you will need to contact us via call or text so we can apply the credit to your ride.
Travel insurance allows the client to receive 100% of their far back (minus the travel insurance) in the case that they cancel their trip
If for any reason we need to cancel your booking with us, a 100% refund will be issued via the payment method used to book the ride
