We take the protection of your personal and payment information seriously. This page summarizes the practices we follow today. It is maintained by Ave Rides and is not a third-party certification.
Payments
All card payments are processed by Stripe over Stripe-hosted checkout. Ave Rides never sees or stores raw card numbers, CVCs, or full bank details.
Account & data
Customer data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security so each customer can only access their own records. Administrative access is restricted to authorized staff and protected by authentication.
Email & communications
Transactional and marketing emails include a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email savohn@averides.com to be removed from our mailing list at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
